Lekpharm JLLC was recognized as the winner of the competition in the «Production of goods for treatment and rehabilitation» nomination.
Representatives of republican and local government bodies, diplomatic corps, business and cultural elite of the country, mass media took part in the awarding ceremony.
The competition was held for the twelfth year in a row. First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Genrikhovich Turchin read out the greetings to the participants of the competition on behalf of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Nikolayevich Rumas: “Export for Belarus is one of the top priorities of the state’s social and economic development. “It is very important to pay tribute to those who truly work for export, contribute and ensure the sustainable development of our country and the well-being of citizens,” Vladimir Ulakhovich, chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said.
At the 2018 year-end, 151 enterprises entered the final stage of the competition. The competition was held in 22 nominations in which the winners were determined, and the companies that scored as close to the winner as possible and showed outstanding results in the export of products and services were awarded incentive diplomas.
In 2018, the share of Lekpharm JLLC export made up 25% of the total production amount. The company exported products worth $ 14.5 million.
The company's products are presented in 12 countries of the world. The bulk of export accounted for shipments to the CIS countries. In the reporting year, the company entered the markets of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Armenia.
