Training "Merchandising and marketing communication in a pharmacy"

JLLC «Lekpharm» expresses its sincere gratitude to the Brest Farmacy and to the staff of the Pinsk Central regional drugstore №134 of the first category, represented by Natalia Mikhailovna Balysheva, for providing the opportunity for interesting communication and exchange of experience in the training format "Merchandising and marketing communication in a pharmacy", which was developed and was held by the employees of the marketing department of JLLC "Lekpharm" May 23-25, 2018.

The training program included aspects of standards and techniques of merchandising, organization of the pharmacy's sales area, important accents in optimizing the work of the pharmacist with the client, resolving conflict situations, approaches to providing the most competent advice on the choice of a drug. All theoretical knowledge was fixed by practical cases from the real practice of the pharmacist.

In addition, pharmacists familiarized themselves with the problem of locomotor system diseases, approaches to the therapy of such conditions with drugs, such as Hondromed, Hondromed plus, Nishit, Dex, Ketanof-LF, which are manufactured at JLLC «Lekpharm» and widely used in medical practice by specialists in medical- preventive institutions.
